When you request early access, we collect the email address and, optionally, the organization name you provide. We may also collect standard technical information your browser sends (such as general location by country and device type) to operate and secure the site.
This website does not collect protected health information (PHI). It is a marketing and early-access site, not a clinical application. Any clinical use of ClinicalOS occurs within licensed, HIPAA-covered environments governed by separate agreements.
We use the information you submit solely to contact you about early access to Telora and related updates. We do not sell your information. We do not share it except with service providers who help us operate the site (for example, our hosting and form-processing infrastructure), under confidentiality obligations.
We retain early-access requests until they are no longer needed for that purpose. You may ask us to remove your information at any time by emailing hello@telora.health.
